Patrick Rumsey-Owner
Patrick has been in the landscaping industry since 2005. He took an interest in residential landscaping early on while working part-time in high school, and began taking classes at the Bonds Career Center to learn more. After graduating high school, he worked for Poinsett Landscaping, as well as a well known turf company in the Upstate. He gained experience in many different aspects of the industry, including landscape and irrigation installs, maintenance, and chemical treatments. Patrick soon developed a strong passion for the landscaping industry, and started Southern Lawn and Landscape in 2008. Working in afternoons and on weekends, Southern Lawn and Landscape began to take off. It didn’t take long for Patrick’s customers to begin to tell their friends about the quality of work and dedication of Southern Lawn & Landscape. Patrick is currently furthering his skills and knowledge of the industry while taking night classes at Spartanburg Community College’s Horticulture Department.
